Fully Upgraded Bioshock Pistol

HOLY SHIT DID I DO A LOT OF WORK ON THIS <3

but it was worth it 100% :')

i used one of those shitty orange pop guns you get at walmart for 5.95! :'D and then i sanded off the shit design and started painting.

i hate the handle only cause i repainted it and it was shit.

yes. but anyway.

i used lots and lots of hot glue, which i used to glue all the piece on.

because the gun upgrades go in parts, i did the 'damage increase' one first.

the gold plate on the barrel is just sculpty which i baked and painted, it was fucking horrible to work with, well not really, just confusing and difficult ahah. yeah...

then the two pipes the brown and gold one in the loading thing, why can't i remember the name... any ways, that thing actuall turns when you pull the trigger, so i couldn't have the gold pipe just snap off, so i glued it to the side, which i glued to the brown pipe, which i glued to the orange light thing on the side of the gun. i just used an old door bell my dad found, it works so perfectly. woah aha.

i had to leave the orange for the front of the gun cause their gay at cons like that... but everything else is just paint from walmart :')

the can. woah, don't even know how it came out so beautiful <3 haha i just took a Campbells soup can and ripped the lable off, scratched it up and painted black on it to look oldish... yeah.

the inside is plain and i need to add some gears. but my dad cut the can so perfectly, he is genius, haha so i just glued the cut edges to the bottom and top of the gun with hot glue, and then painted the hot glue so it didn't look retarded.

i used a piece of cardboard for the silver metal looking thing that's there. and in screen shots only 4 1/2 bullets are visible, so that's what i did.

the bullets are clay that i baked and painted, like more then i should have, case you can't even see then, i'm just super paranoid. i took one of those things that button your pants together and stamped them and then painted 'em, that was time consuming. i just used hot glue to well glue them to the inside... yeah.

the label was the greatest thing ever i think. i found a picture on google of just fontaine fisheries and like flipped and died :') i used photoshop and a tape measure to make sure it'd fit perfectly, then i glued it on and took black paint and roughed it up.

this was my first time at creating a prop so i'm really fucking happy with the way it came out <3
